Important information
- Emirates ID / passport copy is required for each guest at booking (GCAA aviation rules).
- A valid WhatsApp number is required so we can send your pickup time and updates.
- Be ready at pickup 10 minutes early — delays can cancel the whole flight.
- Shared transfer times can shift 30–60 minutes depending on traffic and location.
- Children under 5 and guests over 70 cannot fly. Pregnant ladies cannot fly.
- Maximum weight 119 kg — above this needs pilot approval and an extra charge.
- Guests must be able to climb in/out of the basket and brace for landing.
- Guests with disabilities (physical, mental or emotional) cannot take part.
- No heavy luggage. No alcohol or drugs.
- Wear comfortable clothes and flat shoes or boots — no high heels.
- Not recommended for heart, knee or back problems, surgery in the last 6 months, or fear of heights.
